What if I bought clothes in a wrong size at the online store?

No big deal! Remember that you have 14 days to replace the product (never used, with tags intact) for a different size. How to do that? Put the outfit in a parcel together with a note on which order it is related to, what size to replace it for, where to send it back and what contact phone number to give to the courier. When do you start working on my order?

We start working on the final order after approving the design and order over e-mail. From that moment, any changes to the quantity or graphic design are pretty much impossible, or require additional costs.

Why can't I add a customer's logo after you start working on the order?

Dye-sublimation printing requires preparing papers for transfer. At the next stage, the graphic gets transferred to the materials. Sadly, these are expensive procedures, and if there’s no other way but start over with printing the materials, we can do that, but the costs are incurred by the customer.

Is it possible to try on outfits before ordering?

Of course it is possible, the outfits sent to be tried on cannot be used. We take a 100% of the outfits’ value as a deposit, which we return after we get the outfits back.

I know that you have great inserts, is it possible to send you shorts and have your insert sewn in?

Yes, we do offer such service. The cost of sewing in an insert is 40 PLN + the price for the selected insert. The service is only available after the end of the season.

Can you manufacture one item of clothing?

Yes, we do start manufacturing at one unit. See our price lists.

Can I make my own design? Where can I find the templates?

If you know how to design using curves – go ahead and create your own graphic and send it to us.
The patterns can be found in the “team wear” tab. When clicking on a selected product, beside a detailed description, you will also find a downloadable PDF file.

NOTE: We assume that you are authorized to use the graphic you’re sending to us. We are not liable for unauthorized use of such materials.

What is the cost of preparing a graphic design?

That depends on how complex the design is and how long our graphic designer has to work, the usual amount is 400 PLN.

Can I avoid the design costs and still have clothes in my desired color with my own logo?

Of course! We have a range of ready-to-use templates that we can tailor to your expectations. All you have to do is give us the name or send an image of the selected template, deliver your logo in a vector form and tell us the color (CMYK palette) of your clothes!

More advanced modifications come with an extra cost – 1 man hour of the graphic designer – 100 PLN

How much is transfering my graphic onto the products I haven't ordered yet while you already have the design?

Nothing, if the design itself remains unaltered, we will get it prepared for you at no extra charge!

How long do I have to wait for a finished product?

The manufacturing time depends on several factors, a significant one being the time of placing the order. During the busy season this period is between 6 and 10 weeks from the date of approving the order and ahd graphic, whereas out of season – u to 4 weeks.

Is it possible to make the order completion faster?

Yes, at extra charge – 30% of the order’s value. The order completion time is cut by half – out of season the order will be sent after 2 weeks, whereas during the season you can enjoy your finished outfits after just 3 weeks!

Can I order shorts and a shirt in different sizes?

Yes! If you wear, say, shorts sized M and shirts sized L then it’s no problem for us to prepare such combo for you!

Can I return a product with a custom-made graphic?

Unfortunately no, that’s why you should make sure to carefully check our size tables, product and offer.

What are the options for replacing damaged clothes?

We need to assess the degree to which the clothes are damaged, which is why you would have to send washed and dried products at our address. The parcel should include information on the return address, store order number and description of the damage.
There are two options for getting back a prime-condition product. After receiving the clothes we contact the customer to inform about the estimated cost of repair. Then they can choose whether they want us to repair it (which takes about 4 weeks), or if they decide to purchase a new product at 30% discount (products from the online story only).
We always treat each customer individually and every case is looked into separately with the utmost care.

Will the ordered product be in the exact same colors as on the monitor's screen?

The colors may differ slightly from those on the monitor’s screen. It is due to the monitor’s individual settings.
