The shorts are made of dense, lightweight and matte material. The knitted fabric retains very high strength, is opaque, very durable and has compression action. The special weave makes the shorts fit perfectly on the body, perfectly hugging the muscles and extremely comfortable at the same time.
The suspenders in the 521 model - what makes them different?
Comfortable and comfortable harness with a special design finished on the back with an insert of laser-cut mesh. The panel used increases the breathability of the surface without losing the perfect cut of the suspenders. This solution helps keep the shorts in the right place even during long workouts.
What makes the shorts fit so well on the leg?
Wide, ribbed, very comfortable antislip ensures proper leg positioning during long and hard workouts. The cut profile has been slightly extended, so that the legs end just above the knee - perfectly surrounding the muscles.
How is the insert attached?
When designing the shorts, we tried to make the attachment of the insole undetectable. Thanks to a digital step machine, we were able to create the 8PS seam technology. The eight-point fastening makes the Mortirolo insole work together with the entire construction of the shorts during dynamic movement. The threads used for this seam guarantee that it becomes virtually impossible for the insole to rub through, or chip off.

Mortirolo Long Distance Pad is an insole where there is no room for compromise. The foam of varying density quickly and effectively wicks moisture to the outside. Its top layer is covered with microfilament material, which dynamically transfers moisture to further layers.

Dyeing by sublimation is an irreversible process that permanently colors the top layer of white material. It is thanks to this that we can realize virtually any graphic design, and the effect will be extremely durable. The downside of sublimation is low friction resistance.
A special technology for making an insole whose shape is not given by thermomolding, but by laser cutting.
Materials with this technology have a special structure on both sides of the knitted fabric. With this structure, the fabric is able to transport moisture from the inner surface to the outside. As a result, it keeps the skin dry, which significantly increases the comfort of use.
