  • Personal data controller 
  1. The owner of the online store and at the same time the administrator of the personal data is Marek Lagódka Martombike, Mścibora 33a, 61-062 Poznań, NIP: 7821667329, REGON ID No.: 634572027.
  2. Personal data in the Online Store are processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable laws, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC/.
  • Purpose and grounds for processing personal data
  1. The personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed and servicing the User's account, determining product preferences, sending promotional and marketing materials, and fulfilling legal regulations. 
  2. By creating an account in our Online Store and placing an order, the User voluntarily provides personal data necessary for its execution (name, surname, address of the place of delivery, e-mail address, contact number). By doing so, he or she voluntarily consents to the collection and processing of personal data by the Administrator in a manner necessary to ensure proper execution of the concluded agreement. 
  3. When using the store's Website, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to the user's computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system
  4. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected from access by unauthorized persons. 
  • Recipients of personal data 
  1. Data is shared only for the purpose of order fulfillment and electronic service contracts (to the carrier and the company providing accounting services to the administrator)
  2. User's personal information Administrator may share :
  1. employees employed by the Administrator, who are entrusted to perform certain activities under the concluded contract;
  2. a natural or legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality that provides accounting and bookkeeping services to the Administrator;
  3. providers of services used by the website in particular IT services, logistics operators and courier companies, payment systems.
  4. Sharing of personal data with unauthorized entities according to these Regulations, may only take place with the prior consent of the affected User.
  • Period of storage of personal data
  1. The User's personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract. If the User decides to create an account on the Website, data such as name, surname, delivery address, contact number, e-mail address will be stored until the User deletes the account. Notwithstanding the above, personal data will be kept no longer than until the statute of limitations for claims.  
  • Rights of the data subject 
  1. At any time, the User has the right to object to the processing, on grounds related to his/her particular situation - to the processing of personal data concerning him/her based on Article 6(1)(e) (public interest or tasks) or (f) (legitimate interest of the controller), including profiling under these provisions. In such a case, the controller shall no longer be allowed to process such personal data, unless the controller demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for the processing overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.
  2. If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.
  3. At any time, the User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, but withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was lawfully performed before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may hinder or prevent the execution of the concluded agreement and may result in termination by the Administrator. 
  4. The user is entitled to:
  • access to their data and receive a copy of it,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • request deletion, restriction or objection to their processing,
  • data portability,
  • lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory authority
  • Cookies 
  1. The Administrator uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on the User's terminal device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator's data communications system.
  2. The Administrator stores cookies on the User's terminal device and then accesses the information contained in them for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and to ensure proper operation of the Site.
  3. The Administrator hereby informs the User that it is possible to configure the Internet browser in such a way as to prevent the storage of cookies on the User's final device. In such a situation, the User's use of the Site may be impaired.

The Administrator hereby points out that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been stored by the Administrator, through the appropriate functions of the Internet browser, programs used for this purpose or using the appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

  1. Use of the Website involves sending requests to the server on which the Website is stored. 
  2. Each request to the server is recorded in the server logs.

  5. Data recorded in server logs are not associated with specific individuals using the Site and are not used by the Administrator to identify a User.
