You can pick up the package in person at our stationary store in Swarzedz at 13 Sikorskiego St. Free of charge.

Shipping
The lead time for orders is from 5 to 14 working days from the date of payment posting. Which means that within this period the package is sent by us. Delivery of the package by courier is usually one working day. However, in the regulations of DPD, it is an estimated time, which means that they can deliver the package within 48 hours.

Payment upon personal collection
Payment made at the store, after receiving a message that the order is ready for collection. Payment by cash or card.
Transfer to account
Please note that the posting time varies, often confirmation of the posting of the payment is received a day (working day) later from the date of completion of the transfer.

It involves an additional fee, for orders up to 350 PLN - 30 PLN, for orders above this amount - 5 PLN.
Free shipping
From the amount of 350 zl, we provide shipping for free.
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, the additions "urgent" or additional emails and phone calls can even negatively affect the time due to the fact that we have to make contact with you instead of taking care of packing packages for you 😉
